Valerie Haentjens (Tenants' Representative), is an Arts and Social Sciences undergraduate from Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Valerie's primary task is to facilitate communication and liaise with tenants on personal issues, etc, and report grievances and deficiencies in our properties to the Director. The Tenants' Representative is responsible for carrying out a quarterly quality control audit on 25 elements of the business from verification of rent receipts and deposits held to Rental Agreement and Inventory record keeping. Valerie will be visiting our tenants periodically to offer guidance on Council Tax and utility bill matters.
