The initial term given to all tenants is six months regardless of the period required. A further tenancy will only be granted if you have complied fully with the agreement and we are happy for you to remain in our accommodation. All of our houses our fully-furnished and tenants are not permitted to bring additional large items such as beds. These points are not negotiable and if you feel that they do not suit your requirements then you should not contact us.

It is a requirement of the agreement that you use the accommodation as your main place of residence. If you anticipate absences in excess of 14 days you should discuss this with the landlord. All of our properties have gardens and it is a condition of the tenancy that you maintain it to a satisfactory standard. You will be expected to provide lawnmowers and other tools.

From 2007 onwards, priority will be given to tenants not bringing motor vehicles to Dundee due to congestion in the West End of the city.

Antisocial Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) have been introduced in Scotland with the aim of targeting activities which disrupt the lives of individuals, families or communities. ASBOs are an important addition to the range of responses available to tackle anti-social behaviour and can be used to address problems as varied as loud music, impeding access to communal areas and nuisance burglar alarms. Dundee Property Solutions takes these matters very seriously and will take appropriate action where necessary.
