The initial term given to all tenants is six months regardless of the period required. A further tenancy will only be granted if you have complied fully with the agreement and we are happy for you to remain in our accommodation. All of our houses our fully-furnished and tenants are not permitted to bring additional large items such as beds. All of our properties have gardens and it is a condition of the tenancy that you maintain it to a satisfactory standard. You will be expected to provide lawnmowers and other tools.
From 2007 onwards, priority will be given to tenants not bringing motor vehicles to Dundee due to congestion in the West End of the city.
