As an absolute minimum, each property is provided with the following.

SINGLE beds/mattresses, writing desks/tables, swivel chairs, table lamps, bookcases, curtains/blinds, floor coverings, lamp shades, wardrobes, sofa, armchairs and a vacuum cleaner, ironing board.

Cooker, microwave oven, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, mugs, plates and bowls (x3), cutlery set (16 piece), frying pan, saucepan, bin, tin opener, egg slice/spoon set, sink bowl, bucket, dust pan and brush, drainer/cutlery tidy, placemats/coasters.

Shower rail/curtain, shower anti-slip mat, toilet brush.

SMOKE DETECTORS and storm lamps (inc. first issue of batteries). Phone line, light bulbs (first issue). TV aerial and cabling.

Property file with useful contact numbers and information regarding lease agreement, appliances, services provided, etc.

Buildings insurance. Fully serviceable heating, plumbing and hot/cold water.

Electrician, plumber, roofer, painter, and carpet cleaning services.

Secure door locks and keys, door mats and outside dustbin.

WHAT YOU SHOULD PROVIDE

Duvets, bed linen, pillows, etc. Throws for sofa and armchairs. Iron/ironing board cover. Alarm clock, coat hangars. Towels, toiletries, toilet paper.

Electric kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchen roll, cleaning materials, tea towels.

Television, telephone, replacement light bulbs. Gardening tools, lawnmower/power breaker. Replacement batteries for SMOKE DETECTORS and storm lamps. First Aid Kit.

Insurance for your belongings.

Additional items of furniture (such as beds), musical instruments, devices for playing amplified music, pets, flammable liquids, fireworks, candles, chip pans, portable paraffin stoves/heaters, paint/paint thinners and power tools.
